By accessing or using Analyst Arena ("the Platform"), operated by Analyst Arena LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account on Analyst Arena. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Analyst Arena provides sports analytics and probability modeling for informational and educational purposes only. Analyst Arena does not provide gambling advice, sports betting recommendations, or guarantee any outcomes. All analysis, probability scores, and statistical insights are for research and entertainment purposes only.

The Platform offers AI-powered prop analysis, probability scoring, community voting, market alerts, and related sports analytics features. Features may vary by subscription tier and are subject to change.

Analyst Arena offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, and Elite) with varying levels of access to platform features. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Analyst Arena LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

Analyst Arena LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and AI-generated analysis, is the property of Analyst Arena LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Platform content may not be scraped, redistributed, or resold without express written permission from Analyst Arena LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Analyst Arena LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Analyst Arena is not responsible for decisions made based on platform data. All analysis and probability scores are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Platform content
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise Platform security
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Analyst Arena LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.
